Abundance retreat
As summer exhales into autumn, we gather for an abundant weekend of movement, journalling and sauna, inviting in a soft landing into the new season. Give yourself the gift of being held like a goddess: nourishing food bursting with colour, time to move and be in your body, time with other women, and time to simply be. A gentle check-in on the inner season you are in, the chapter of your life you are living, and the quiet wisdom your body has been carrying all along. As the natural world begins to turn inward, so do we following the rhythm of our own cycles, honouring what is ready to be released, and remembering that we, too, are nature.

The retreat takes place at Seeds of Life, Poppel Allé 25, 3120 Dronningmølle. 45 minuts by car or 90 minuts by train from Copenhagen
The retreat will be held in English if more than two English speaking participants sign up

I started MÅNE KLUB because I myself was missing a space where we could gather as women and reflect on how it FEELS to be in the world today. I'm not an expert, I don't have all the answers, and I'm not here to offer a lot of unsolicited advice. I'm in the club too !

I have always loved moving my body, whether through dance, running, pilates or a handball match, it always brings me into the present moment. In my body, my mind and my heart. But it has been a long process for me to turn movement into something pleasurable, free from competition, comparison and expectations. Yoga and dance in particular have been important tools. They give me space to tune in, and I get to know my own patterns of reaction better. That's also why I love to teach and share the many rituals and techniques yoga has given me and above all to create a space free from expectations and demands, where every version of you is welcome.
In my everyday life I'm a UX designer and I teach Somatic Yoga and Shake The Dust. My background includes several trainings in yoga, dance, authentic movement and cycle awareness.
I live in Nørrebro with my partner, our son, and our black labrador.
